The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported June 1 that the national unemployment rate rose slightly in May as only 69,000 jobs were created, less than half the number expected. Republicans have used these statistics to their advantage, launching a new video Friday called "Four Years, Not Better Off," which highlights what they describe as a lack of progress during Barack Obama's time in office.
